The widest part is 120cm and approximately 145cm in height and 90cm in depth.
A light and durable material, rattan is a sustainable resource that is fast growing and harvested by hand. Its relationship with the forest means that its habitat is maintained and it ensures the ecosystem is preserved. The small communities that surround these forests are stewards of these habitats and they maintain a biodiverse landscape that is home to many species of wildlife. The vine that the rattan poles are enclosed within, climb and entangle themselves around the trees, then harvested without the use of chemicals and with minimal energy. Your rattan piece is designed to endure generations of time, and at the end of its lifespan, it is returned to the earth where it biodegrades.
Return and cancellation policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS
IRA Furniture Easy Return Policy is
applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable
only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing
defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts
from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received
from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be
equal to the Paid amount for an item.
On certain Products the Seller’s or Brand’s Warranty may supersede IRA Furniture Easy Return Policy.
IRA Furniture will pick up
product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations
where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to
self-ship the product to us or dispose/ destroy them.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
Once your return claim is Accepted,
Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of
payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10
working days to credit the amount to your account.
POLICY NOTE
Your complete satisfaction is our only
goal! In order to make this absolutely hassle free, we will also pick up
the product free of cost from your home.
All we ask is that the product is not
used and is in the same condition as you received it. All you need to do
is initiate claim request through the ‘My Account’ Section or Call us
on +91 +918490052059.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
